Bulldogs Make History with Epic Volleyball Comeback |
"Unleashing their fighting spirit, Bulldogs rally for a historic volleyball victory that will leave you on the edge of your seat!" |

Talk about a nail-biter! If you weren't at the University of Redlands on Tuesday night, you missed one for the history books.
Our Bulldogs women's volleyball team pulled off the unthinkable, coming back from a 2-0 deficit to upset No. 2 ranked La Verne in five sets. La Verne came in undefeated, sitting pretty at the top, and our Bulldogs said "not today."
This wasn't just any win. This was the kind of comeback that has the whole campus talking, the kind that reminds you why college sports matter in small communities like ours. Down two sets, most teams would've folded. Not these Bulldogs.
They fought back, set by set, rally by rally, until they'd pulled off one of the biggest upsets in Division III volleyball this season.
The energy in that gym must've been electric. These young women showed the kind of resilience and heart that makes Redlands special—never giving up, always believing, and proving that rankings don't mean everything when you've got determination and teamwork. |
