Some milestones arrive quietly. Others roll up on eight wheels.
Hangar 24 Redlands just welcomed a custom-built commercial kitchen trailer that's operating seven days a week, from open until an hour before close. Built for purpose, not pretense, and already making a difference in our community.
Eight New Jobs, Eight New Neighbors at Work Here's what matters most: this expansion added eight new jobs to Redlands. Eight neighbors now have work, and our community has another reason to gather, eat well, and support local.
The kitchen's fired up with All-American Smash Burgers featuring crispy caramelized edges, Bomb'er Wings tossed however you want them, Carne-A-"Squad"-A Fries, tacos, handhelds, starters, and desserts. On December 1st, they nearly doubled the menu to match their other three locations.
Your Runway, Your Beer, Your Burger Grab a bench seat where you can watch planes touch down against mountains that never move while everything else does. The smell of burgers on the grill, cold beer in your hand, and nothing between you and the runway but air and possibility.
This place is for people who work with their hands and show up on time. The team is learning as they go, so bring your appetite and your patience, but mostly your appetite.
