Big shoutout to RedlandsNow.com reader Steve Wormser of StephenWormserPhotography.com for the tip!
Steve messaged us saying:
“What about Art for Heaven’s Sake! 3-day art show at United Church of Christ. It’s year 46 for the show. Has 75 artists and around 8,000 attendees. Oct 17, 18 & 19.”
Well, Steve, great call.
The 46th Annual Art, for Heaven’s Sake! Fine Arts Festival kicks off today, October 17th, and runs all weekend at the Redlands United Church of Christ (168 Bellevue Avenue, Redlands). This isn’t just another local art fair — it’s one of the Inland Empire’s premiere art events, drawing more than 8,000 visitors and 75 artists from across California and beyond.
You’ll find everything from acrylics, oils, and watercolors to jewelry, stained glass, pottery, photography, and metal sculpture — plus the ever-popular Mosaic Boutique, featuring fine crafts and artisan pieces perfect for early holiday shopping.
🕕 Event Schedule
-
Friday, Oct. 17: 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. (Opening Night Reception)
-

-

🎶 Expect live music, food, and a laid-back community vibe that makes it one of Redlands’ most beloved traditions.
This year’s featured artist is Mark L. Hendrickson, a fourth-generation Californian known for his striking ceramic pottery and sculptures. His hand-stretched clay technique creates organic rips and tears — each piece telling a story that feels both ancient and alive.
